Call if a driveway or slab is cracking, settling, holding water, crumbling at the edges, or has simply reached the end of its life. Call if you are adding a parking pad, an RV or trailer area, a walkway, or a garage floor. Do not call us for walls, steps built as masonry, foundations, structural repair, asphalt or pavers — we do not do any of them, and sending you elsewhere on the first call is faster for both of us than a wasted site visit.

Concrete rarely has genuine emergencies, and it is worth saying so rather than pretending otherwise to win a call. A trip hazard on a walkway that someone is going to catch a foot on, a settled panel at a doorway, or a broken slab blocking access are real and we will prioritise them. A crack that has been there for two years is not urgent, however much it annoys you, and we would rather schedule it properly than rush a pour to make it feel responsive.

Scope and dimensions, slab thickness, base material and compacted depth, reinforcement type, control joint layout and cutting method, finish, disposal of the old slab, the cure schedule, and the price. It is a specification you could hand to another contractor and get a genuinely comparable number back. We write them that way deliberately — if our price only wins when nobody can compare it, it is not a good price.

Phone is fastest and it is answered by someone who does this work rather than a call centre. If we are on a pour we cannot stop, so leave a message and we will call back the same day. Site visits are usually within two to three working days, and written quotes follow within two working days of the visit. If any of those is going to slip, we tell you before it slips rather than after.
